Black Pepper! Not the sneezy kind.

This Black Pepper Won't Make You Sneeze

I had heard about Black Pepper (BP) Essential Oil for a while, People kept touting the benefits of this oil and how great it was.  Finally I decided to put it on my order, but then when I got it, I had forgotten WHY I had wanted to order it.

I started researching this oil and WOW, I was truly surprised, and I don't surprise easy.  This oil has some absolutely AMAZING benefits!

This oil is a powerhouse and honestly everyone should have this in their inventory and I will tell you why in a second.  But first I wanted to tell you some history behind BP that I thought was interesting.  Archaeologists  have found the use of BP oil goes allll the way back to 2000 B.C. It was so valuable it was considered to  be as valuable as GOLD!!  It was a highly sought after and prized and was often traded between India and the west. The Romans have an ancient cookbook and almost all the recipes have Black Pepper in them and Peppercorns were even used in the mummification process.  So if BP oil was considered SO VALUABLE even back then, I figured it MUST be valuable today!

BP oil is distilled.  It can be a very “hot” oil when applied topically so it needs to be diluted with a carrier oil such as coconut, olive or jojoba oil.  I recommend doing a small amount for the first time if you have sensitive skin.

BP oil can be applied to muscles, rubbed on the chest our joints.  I have been using it on my priformis muscle.  BP has a warming and stimulating effect on the body which may stimulate circulation.  It can be rubbed on the temples or inhaled to support brain function or applied to the chest to aid in breathing and respiratory  conditions, you could also diffuse or inhale straight from the bottle if you would like respiratory or brain support.   I have also heard Black Pepper come up a LOT when people are looking for ways to quit smoking, so if this is you or something you know, look into that!.
When using the vitality version you can take it internally to help with gastro issues and it may also help produce a higher urine and sweat output which can help detox your body.

Black Pepper is actually full of minerals and vitamins like A, K, Calcium, Potassium and Selenium.  Most of us know what the 1st few thins do for our body but if you aren’t’ familiar with selenium do a quick Google search, it has amazing benefits for the body!  Remember BP is a very strong oil so whether you apply topically or take the vitality internally be sure to start slow, less is more, in this case.

The cost of Black Pepper oil:
Wholesale  $19.25
Retail          $25.33

So for less than 20 bucks you can get an AWESOME oil, like a serious BANG for your buck!

There are so many more great things that BP can do for you, but since I am not a Dr I can't tell you about all of them.  So I suggest you 1ST BUY  THIS OIL and 2nd, do a little research on BP on your own and LAST but certainly not least, START USING IT!!
