YOUTUBE & YOGA


I have a YouTube channel, it's new, and not very good.  But I started!  We often wait and think "I'll do it later" or want to have things perfected, think we need this or that.  What is really needed is to just take that step, whether it is a tiny baby step or a giant leap, it doesn't matter as long as you are moving forward!

Also, check out my late night video from last night!  It was quick, but I wanted to share.  I really love hot yoga and I love using my oils.  




My husband got me into yoga 2 years ago.  Our kids were gone on their annual summer vacation to Beema & Beepa's house (my parents).  He signed us up for Bikram yoga at a local studio.  The first class was interesting.  I almost laughed out loud at the funny way people were breathing, but soon I forgot to look around or listen to others, I became intent on focusing on my postures, and on staying alive because MAN that first class is really really HOT!  They don't call it "hot yoga" for nothing.

Anyway, we decided to keep going and here it is 2 years later and I still go.  Sometimes I take a break for a while and sometimes I go often.  After we had become somewhat accustomed to the heat I decided to start adding my Young Living essential oils to my routine.  I pick an oil or two that fits me that day and apply them, then when we do our breathing I sa the affirmation that goes along with the oil.  For example if I am using RC oil I will say "I breathe in in rejuvenation and I release depletion"
You can use any phrase or emotion you want!  I did a video on this a while back that I will post here too.
