Fun Halloween Lunches

I made some fun Halloween lunches for the kids.  We all know they won't eat much at school the day of their parties and knowing all the sugary goodness that lies ahead the rest of the day. So I tried to make something somewhat healthy but fun and filling.

I started with some fresh fruit and a couple of veggie stripes, then hubs copied their cared jack-o-lanterns onto cutie oranges.  Using organic tortillas I cut pumpkins and the word "boo" and made them into quesadillas. 

What kinds of fun things do you do in your kids lunches?

The lunchboxes are just ziploc containers that come in a 3-pack, they used to be my favorite lunchboxes, but they re-made them and are not as strong as they used to be.  The 3rd lunchbox is just something I had, not sure where it is from.  I'll do another post on my bento boxes another day.
