Hey everyone,
I know, it has been a long time since I have posted last.  It seems life has taken over for a while!  I finally went to see a Naturopathic Dr. and had my blood drawn, I feel like I am on the path to more health and energy!  I will be sharing more oily info along with our journey to healthy eating, I'm sure I will have some good ideas and failures along the way!
